Havening
Havening, a new form of psycho-sensory therapy, is on the rise. This is because of its immediate and effective results, especially with people struggling with issues of trauma, depression, anxiety or stress. Havening has also been proven effective with individuals desiring heightened achievement, empowerment and success.
Havening was developed by Drs. Ronald A. Ruden MD, Ph.D., along with his twin-brother Steven J. Ruden ACC/ACF. Over a decade of research went into developing the Havening Techniques. Problems that once took months to cure now seem to miraculously dissipate in minutes.
I continue to marvel at how powerful and helpful this treatment has consistently been for my clients. They leave the session having a greater sense of relief.
Hypnosis

This method is an action oriented partnership that focuses on where you are today and where you want to be in the future. You and I explore where your passions reside in the sector of your life you choose to investigate. And then we make them come alive. As your Coach I listen, ask thought provoking questions, and make observations. At times, I am also your cheerleader and support system.

Gestalt Therapy
Gestalt therapy is an existential experiential form of psychotherapy that focuses upon one’s individual moment by moment experience… what is actually happening right now.
In my connection with you I, focus on your environment, social contexts of your life and the adjustments and changes you want to make. Unfinished business (unexpressed secrets and emotions toward someone) from your past can be looked at and resolved with the Empty Chair technique (developed by Fritz Perls).
To make Gestalt Therapy an even more powerful tool for growth and change I add Transactional Analysis/Awareness (TA), which embraces the tools of language and Parent, Adult, and Child. (TA) is a highly effective method of enhancing your relationship with yourself and others. However, when combined with Gestalt Therapy, it creates a powerful tool for dynamic change, and works wonders with couples as well, especially if they have a desire, a yearning to enrich their relationship.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps individuals to overcome difficulties by first identifying their dysfunctional and distorted thinking, behaviors and emotional responses. The next step is for the client to develop skills for changing beliefs, enhance interpersonal communication skills, adopt elegant behaviors and resolve blocks.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing)
When you cut your hand, your body works to close the wound, cause and effect. Because there is no impediment to the healing power within the body, healing occurs. Your mind also has this healing capability. But a mental block can prevent this healing dynamism from activating. BUT once the mental block is removed…healing occurs.
EMDR is a form of psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the emotional distress caused by some of life’s disturbing experiences. EMDR can alleviate the symptoms of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). EMDR & HAVENING are comprehensive integrative approaches that include psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, experiential, and body centered psychotherapies.
